Eating seasonal fruits benefits the baby’s health and makes you strong, and your skin looks good. 

  1. Wash your skin twice a day:

Maybe you are not among those lucky mothers who are blessed with bright and flawless skin. Instead, during the first trimester, the skin has become acne-prone. Don’t worry as there is a solution too. One effective way to get rid of acne is to wash your face at least twice a day. 

If you are a housewife, then this is ok. However, if you are a working woman, then you should clean your face thrice in a day. Try to use chemical-free organic face wash, which does not contain paraben. Gently wash your face with a cleanser, and the result will be visible. Do not use oil-based foundation or cream the acne-prone skin. 

  1. Try to keep yourself happy and stress-free:

Taking too much stress is another reason for dull skin tone. Getting stressed without any reason is a common outcome at this time. You may have borrowed personal loans, which has to be repaid within a certain period. Even after repaying the amount punctually every month, you may fear being a defaulter. Sometimes, there would be mother worries about the baby in his womb if she can give birth to the baby without becoming sick.

Usually, during pregnancy, a woman body undergoes multiple hormonal imbalances. Therefore, if you over think, then hormonal imbalance will get a boost. Focus on your nails. Women love to decorate their nails with beautiful nail polish. So, let’s get back to your manicure session again. Polish your nail with beautiful, charming colours and if you want, book an appointment with a nail artist. 

Go to the salon and have a cosy session of pedicure too. A comfortable foot massage will provide you with ease. At this time, the toe becomes swelled, and women find it difficult to walk correctly. Therefore, a foot massage can get rid of your unwanted swelling. 

  1. Take care of your hair:

Just like skin, a pregnant woman faces a problem with her hair too. Doctors suggest taking good care of hair at this time. Hormonal imbalances affect the hair and instigate the problem of hair fall. To reduce hair fall, you may use onion based shampoo, which is very good for the growth of your hair. 

If you have long hair, then you can cut it off. Maintaining lengthy hair during pregnancy will be a little tricky. Moreover, a haircut means trying a new look. So, try a new look with a beautiful haircut. You may also colour hair after consulting a doctor, of course.
