  • MONTE LAB DIAMONDS – THE BEST DIAMOND SIMULANT

Monte Lab Diamonds, Ltd., is a professional high-end gemstone processing and jewelry custom manufacturer headquartered in Belgium. Founded in 1998, we specialize in all kinds of diamond simulant, such as CVD Diamond, HPHT Diamond, Lab Created Moissanite. Our gemstones are grown in our Research Laboratories all over the world: Antwerp, Lommel, Moscow and Ramat Gan. By duplicating the conditions deep within the Earth, including temperature, pressure and chemical makeup, our laboratory can grow gemstones over a year’s time. These laboratory grown gemstones are physically, optically and chemically identical to their mined counterparts. The only difference is that the gem growing process takes place above the ground, rather than below. Our technology allows us to provide gemstones at a fraction of the price.

Our Moissanites and natural diamonds can look similar when viewed from a distance. It has similar quality, brilliance and elegance but at only 1% of the actual cost of diamond. Monte Moissanite are nearly perfect on the 4C scale (color, clarity, color and cut) and have a color comparable to a DEF grade diamond. Monte Moissanite as the best diamond simulant is crafted using innovative technology gives customers to get more value for their money.

Monte Moissanite offers certain features which are unique to it. These features are exactly what make Monte the best diamond simulant brand.

    1. HIGH PURITY MOISSANITE GROWN BY HT-CVD™ TECHNOLOGY:

The new generation Monte Moissanite is cut from the highest purity crystals, has optimal cut and sparkle, is always eye clean. Consumers prefer the natural look of the Monte Moissanite. For the growth of high purity Moissanite crystals, we use technology HT-CVD™ (High temperature chemical vapor deposition). This is the most advanced technology for high purity Moissanite growth to present. We demonstrated a 300-mm 4H-SiC raw crystals without cracks using by HT-CVD™ technology.

    2. THE WHITEST AND HARDEST 4H MOISSANITE:

High Purity Moissanite is scratch-resistant. It is one of the toughest and most durable gemstones available. It rates 9.25 on the MOH Hardness Scale. In comparison to a Diamond which rates a 10, it ranks very well. To compare it to another popular gemstone, the Topaz only rates an 8. Like the Diamond, the moissanite ring is meant to last a lifetime.

Moissanite (Silicon carbide – SiC) exists in about 250 crystalline forms. The polymorphism of SiC is characterized by a large family of similar crystalline structures called polytypes. The most common polytypes are the hexagonal 2H, 4H, 6H, and 15R (referred also as α-SiC) and the cubic 3C (or β-SiC).

The Monte Moissanite is a 4H SiC polytype structure, it  is the whitest raw SiC polytype, allowing for true D, E, F, G & H colorless moissanite production. By seeded growth of silicon carbide by HT-CVD™ technology, we grow large single crystals consisting of only purity 4H SiC polytype. Almost moissanite stone in market are 6H SiC, grown by old technologies.

As a preliminary investigation, an molecular dynamics (MD) simulation of nanoscratching test was performed on silicon and major polytypes of SiC i.e. α-SiC and β-SiC to evaluate the cutting hardness.

Evolution of Cutting hardness over 10 nm of tool advancement for silicon and its alloys.

Therefore, 4H Moissanite SiC is much harder than 6H SiC. Monte Moissanite will hold up for your entire life. You should not experience any dullness in the gemstone, scratching, or chips as long as you take proper care of the gemstone.

    3.  TOLKOWSKY CUT – THE ART OF DIAMOND CUTTING:

The iconic Brilliant Round dates back over 100 years, and was designed in 1919 by a Belgian diamond cutter named Marcel Tolkowsky. The traditional cone shaped cut with a rounded top contains 58 facets, which allows for maximum light reflection making it the best cut for brilliance, fire and sparkle. All Monte round cuts have these exacting ratios resulting in amazing sparkle, and are available in many sizes. An extremely versatile shape it’s no surprise this classic and timeless style is our most popular Moissanite cut. The Artisan Diamonds Cutters at Monte have perfected the cutting technique to maximize the fire and brilliance and reduce the double refraction, or ‘disco-ball effect’, giving our Moissanite a brilliant and natural look.

All Monte gemstones have faceted girdles as natural Diamond. Most diamonds today have faceted girdles where the entire perimeter of the girdle contains a number of facets. Each facet is vertical and proportional, cut to enhance the light performance of the stone. Unlike the smooth girdle, the faceted girdle allows maximum light reflection.

For customers who want something premium and ethical, Monte Lab Diamonds has the choice. Lab Created Diamonds are the jewel of the future.

  • What Type of Roofing Lasts the Longest?

Although your roof won’t last forever, it can be installed correctly to make it as long-lasting as possible. RCM roofing Contractor provides a guide on five roofing options that last the longest. You can learn more about each type, along with the warranties and costs associated with them. You may also be interested in learning about your own roofing system and the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Asphalt shingles, which are the most common roofing material in the Greater Central Florida Area, have an average life expectancy of about 30 years. Newer, better-quality asphalts, such as architectural asphalt, have a lifespan of around 50 years. Wood shingles, on the other hand, need to be properly cared for and can last for up to 30 years, but can be prone to damage. Metal roofing can last anywhere from 40 to 80 years.

Copper is also one of the most expensive roofing materials, but is an excellent choice for roofs. Copper is lightweight and malleable and can last over 70 years if properly maintained. Copper roofing is the best choice for coastal climates because it resists salt water and corrosion, but can be costly. Copper is also one of the most environmentally friendly roofing materials, and is the most expensive material. You will need to take care of it regularly, though, to ensure that it’s still durable.

In general, the longest-lasting roofing materials are made from clay, concrete, slate, or slate. These materials can also outlast wood shakes. However, they aren’t as durable as clay or concrete, and they may be more expensive. The lifespan of roofing material depends on several factors, including its quality and how it’s installed. However, asphalt shingles are the most popular material in the Florida Area and are very durable. Some companies even offer warranties of up to 25 years. In addition, asphalt shingles are very resistant to UV rays that cause damage to roofing materials.

Concrete tile roofs are another great option if you want an environmentally friendly roofing material. Concrete tiles are made from concrete and terracotta clay, while terracotta tiles are made from clay. Both types last for a century or more when properly maintained. Concrete tiles cost about $10 per square foot, while ceramic tiles can cost up to three times as much. And don’t forget about the cost of installation.

Concrete tiles and clay roof tiles can last anywhere from 50 to 100 years with proper installation and maintenance. In addition to being environmentally friendly, they can also withstand fire, moisture, and ultraviolet damage. Clay roof tiles and concrete tiles also have their pros and cons. Ultimately, the cost of maintaining a roof depends on the homeowner’s budget. If you can afford the upkeep, however, they can add decades to a home’s life.

Although shingles and metal roofs are less expensive than polymer roofs, they are still more durable and can last up to 50 years. In addition to being environmentally friendly, polymer roofing is more expensive than asphalt shingles, but it is worth it for those who want a longer roof. They are also better suited to hot climates than their asphalt counterparts. And you can even get translucent polymer roofs.

  • 3 Benefits Of Vehicle Wraps For Your Business As An Advertising Strategy

With traditional forms of advertising becoming non-existent in most marketing strategies, most businesses increasingly rely on online advertising tools through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat. However, social media users are bombarded with marketing messages and sponsored posts several times daily, and have hence increasingly become immune to all such digital announcements. Millennial and young customers are beginning to have a newly found appreciation for traditional advertising mediums, which is why vehicle wraps are gaining popularity once again.

Vehicle wraps are essentially laminated wraps that go around a vehicle, and feature marketing messages, images, logos, and other company marketing material. While the process of wrapping a vehicle can be a bit tricky, it is no match for a professional. Good quality vehicle wraps tend to stay on vehicles for a long time without any loss in color or brightness. If you are a business that has a few vehicles running around the city and are divided about the necessity for vehicle wraps, given below are three benefits that are likely to help you make a decision:

    1. They are consumer friendly

Customers are often bombarded with marketing messages and advertisements that they do not necessarily want to be exposed to. Sponsored posts on Instagram, internet pop-ups, and ads on YouTube videos are some of the prime examples of this. However, in terms of exposure to advertisements, vehicle wraps, and consumer-friendly, consumers aren’t forced to view these particular marketing messages. While walking by the road or sitting in their car, customers may come across messages on vehicle wraps which they can shrug or pay attention to depending on their mood. This doesn’t classify vehicle wraps as annoying marketing messages, and this is a major win for this form of marketing.

    2. They help your brand gain exposure

Companies that have several vehicles running around town can benefit from vehicle wraps as these give them unlimited local exposure. Companies may also choose to pay regular car owners or other vendors to feature their branded vehicle wrap on vehicles that have nothing to do with the company and gain national exposure and advertising potential with limited costs. By featuring your social media handles and a QR code for your website or app, you can ensure that any passerby can look up your companies or credentials easily. Such a gain is cost-effective as a limited investment gets you so many potential customers and clients.

    3. They are cost effective

When you compare the cost associated with other marketing media and their benefits, vehicle wraps are extremely cost-effective about the number of potential customers they reach. They are especially cost-effective when you think of the utilization they allot to the existing assets of your company. Without buying a new asset and simply spending a few hundred dollars on their existing vehicles, companies can enable marketing expenditures that can go above and beyond their conventional ROI figures.

    Conclusion

Vehicle wraps might be a traditional marketing material but are pretty advanced in the way they work. Not only are they cost-effective, but they are also consumer-friendly and help companies gain exposure.
